## White Paper

**![white-paper-cover-the-process-gap](https://identity.clearskye.com/hs-fs/hubfs/white-paper-cover-the-process-gap.jpg?width=390&height=500&name=white-paper-cover-the-process-gap.jpg)**

**Discover the 5 process gaps holding back most identity programs — and the simple, platform-first approach to close them.**

Most identity governance programs don’t fail because of the tools.
They fail because the processes **don’t match how the business actually runs** — especially when IT, HR, and Facilities each operate in silos.

When workflows break, automation only makes the pain faster:

- Delayed access for new hires and role changes
- Endless email approvals
- Spreadsheet-driven audits
- Missed compliance deadlines

**The good news:** If your organization already runs critical business processes on a platform like ServiceNow, you may already have everything you need to fix it — without adding another tool.

In this free white paper, you’ll learn:

- **The hidden costs of process misalignment** — and why integrations aren’t the same as alignment
- **The 5 process gaps** that slow down even mature identity programs
- **How to unify workflows across IT, HR, and Facilities** to improve access, security, and compliance
- **Proven strategies from leading identity teams** — including how one organization cut onboarding from days to under 2 hours

**Get the White Paper** — and start turning identity into a business enabler instead of a bottleneck.
